🔧 Machining Process

Step 1: Design Review (Same Day)

Our engineers review your CAD files for manufacturability, suggesting optimizations for cost reduction and faster delivery. DFM feedback provided within 24 hours.

Step 2: CAM Programming (1 Day)

Toolpaths are generated using Mastercam and PowerMill software. Optimal cutting strategies selected for material and geometry.

Step 3: Material Preparation (Same Day)

Raw material is cut to size and fixtured on CNC machines. Material certifications provided upon request.

Step 4: CNC Machining (1-3 Days)

Parts are machined on appropriate CNC machines (3-axis for simple parts, 5-axis for complex geometries). In-process inspection ensures quality.

Step 5: Secondary Operations (1-2 Days)

Deburring, tapping, surface finishing, anodizing, or other treatments applied as specified.

Step 6: Quality Inspection & Shipping (1 Day)

Final inspection with CMM and hand tools. Inspection report included. Parts shipped via express courier.
