Mold Steel Выбор
We select the optimal mold steel based on production requirements:
- P20: Pre-hardened steel for general purpose molds (100K-300K shots)
- H13: Hot work steel for high-volume production (500K-1M shots)
- S136: Stainless steel for corrosive materials and optical molds
- S136 ESR: Electro-slag remelted for mirror polish applications
- M300: Maraging steel for ultra-high strength requirements
- Aluminum (7075): For rapid tooling and low-volume production
