🔧 Литье Process

Шаг 1: Подготовка материала

Необработанные пластиковые гранулы сушат и готовят в соответствии со спецификациями материала.

Шаг 2: Инъекция

Расплавленный пластик впрыскивается в полость формы под высоким давлением (до 2000 бар).

Шаг 3: Охлаждение

Пластик охлаждается и затвердевает в форме.

Шаг 4: Извлечение

Готовые детали выбрасываются из формы с помощью выталкивающих штифтов или пластин.

Шаг 5: Проверка качества

Every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks including dimensional measurement, visual inspection, and functional testing. CMM inspection ensures ±0.002mm accuracy for critical features.
