Our plastic injection molding process follows a systematic approach to ensure quality and efficiency:

1. Clamping: The two halves of the mold are securely closed and clamped together
2. Injection: Molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure
3. Dwelling: Pressure is maintained to compensate for material shrinkage
4. Cooling: The plastic cools and solidifies inside the mold
5. Ejection: The finished part is ejected from the mold
